Origin: Fujian province, China

Description: Grown at a Buddhist Monastery in the Drum Mountains of Fujian Province, this popular white tea is also known as ‘Gu Shan Bai Yun’. Although not certified organic, this tea has been produced in accordance with traditional methods for centuries.

Tasting Notes: A mild, almost sweet tea with a slightly nutty flavour.

Old tasting note from a few weeks ago

This is a white tea from Fujian, China.

Pleasant white tea flavour, hints of smoke. Lots of tannins, but not bitter or vegetal. Very flavourful and delicious!
