Also known as: 金萱

Altitude: 1,200 m | ~3,940 ft
Fermentation: 15-20%
Origin: Nantou, Taiwan

In Nantou, Taiwan, selenium-rich mountain soil produces a wonderfully buttery-smooth tea known as Jin Xuan, or Jade High Mountain Oolong.

This oolong is best known for its distinctive milky quality.
The small dried pellets of this Jade Oolong bring a peaceful picture to mind with the smell of sweet, fresh cracked wheat which blooms into a sweet honey aroma when infused.
Soft and delicate notes of sweet grape make this a light and lovely after-dinner drink.
