Hardly bitter with a light yellow cup, mild and finely spicy.

Among Lung Ching teas, the Sencha teas produced in the Zhejiang province are of very fine quality. The different picking as well as processing procedures in the tea factories define various standards of which the standard 8912 is the most typical Sencha grade. This grade is often used for flavouring.

A large leaf green tea renowned for its grassy aroma. Sweet on the palate, it is light and delightfully refreshing.
