From Tea Moments

Japanese Sencha green tea with lime, raspberry, blackberry’s leaf and aroma.
Warming and reviving – great for cold and flu.

Brewing method:
1 teaspoon of green or white tea per cup (200ml), water temp. 70-90°C (about 2-3 min. after boiling).

Brewing time: 1-3 min. After brewing separate tea leaves from the infusion.

It is important to not pour milk or cream into, because the casein in the dairy products will bind the antioxidants, neutralizing the beneficial health effects of the tea.

A woman’s work is never done (or at least that’s true for me) so I chose one of my new tea’s to try. Raspberry and lime sounds like an interesting mixture and it may just give me a bit of a boost that I so desperately need.

Colour: Golden yellow.
Smell: Gentle citrus.

This tea tastes as interesting as it sounds, it’s a yummy green tea with a gentle berry flavour and a gentle citrus flavour. I thought this would have strong flavours but it’s actually very mild and fresh tasting. As a combination I would say that it worked well and would be perfect to relax with.
It reminds me of ‘Liptons Clear Green with Citrus’ but with this you also get a subtle fruity berry taste.

I didn’t get the boost I was looking for but I don’t care anymore, relaxation is my new middle name.
