This is the only one of our 2015 yellow teas that is not completely, 100%, handmade. A majority of this tea was done by hand, but a machine was used for the smaller steps like the shape making. This by no means means it is a lower quality tea. While not as savory as the other 2015, this is the most bold Huang Ya with the most prominent yellow tea taste. This is the perfect introduction for anyone who has never had a yellow tea.
