I received this tea as a sample/gift from the Master’s shop in Taiwan some time ago and only recently had the opportunity to try it. I’m certainly going to be finding out what it is now! It steeps almost clear, with just a yellow tint, even with longer steepings, and has almost no aroma at first, then it transitions into the most wonderful wildflower honey scent after about 10 seconds of sniffing (gong fu method). The flavours are a blend of lemon and perhaps wheatgrass and the chi is light and almost playful. A very nice tea that I would like to make available at our shop!
