From T2

A spicy combination of Ginger, Cinnamon, Cloves and Pepper that will cleanse, warm and invigorate. Fantastic on it’s own or add to black tea for an added kick.

Absolutely gorgeous and uplifting tea, due to the ginger and pepper a little goes a long way. As with most teas that doesn’t contain actual tea leaves (i.e. herbal, rooibos, fruit tisane, etc.) it’s a good idea to use a little less but leave it steep for longer. Great with honey and lemon for when you have a sore throat, or mixed with a fruity tea to balance out that spicy ginger and pepper.

Ok, I could definitely sense what they were going for here, but when you need to steep a black tea for 2-3mins and they recommend steeping Indian Spice for 5-7mins that’s not really gonna add up. I put a scoop of this with my Art of Tea lemon myrtle black and it got too astringent around 5mins. One sample scoop left to play with. A green next time?
