An aromatic blend of steamed tea leaves, roasted brown rice, and Matcha. Genmai Cha is a toasty, nutty tea and is one of Japan’s most popular varieties. Genmai Cha Powder is very popular among busy sushi restaurants because it is easy to brew and requires minimal waste disposal.

Use 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoons (0.5g) for a 12 oz tea cup. Yields approximately 500 cups/package.
