From SpecialTeas

A pleasure for the eye and the palate. The Earl Grey Royal is an aromatic and visually beautiful blend of tippy China black teas with blue cornflowers. The flavor is more citrusy than No. 820 (“Fine Earl Grey”).

Recommendations: Use 1 level tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water to a boil; let steep for 3 min.

Love the bergamot — a very pronounced citrus flavor permeates this tea. Lovely hot or iced.

Huge fan of earl grey teas. This one has many characteristic that I like. It has a wonderful citrus aroma from the bergamont followed by a nice smoky aroma. It is a very smooth feel in the mouth and flavorful. The extra bergamont balances well with the smoky tea. Great tea and will keep it in my rotation.

Followed the directions – the flavor of the first infusion was WAY too strong. Even cream didn’t help. I drank it anyways to see if it would grow on me. It did, but there was just a really bitter overtone that I didn’t like.
