The Yellow Branch variety of Phoenix Mountain Oolong is among the oldest of the Phoenix teas. Citrusy and full-bodied with the fragrance of the flower of the Yellow Branch plant as well as a hint of orchid. It has delicate and sweet flavors of peony and a very pleasant and refreshing astringency with a rich body and a delicate taste of the mountains where it is grown. Made from old, carefully tended tea trees. Yellow Branch is available every year in limited quantities.
