This cut Peppermint Tea is grown in Poland and has an excellent reputation for cooling and calming of an upset stomach. This is wonderful as an after dinner aid to digestion. Also totally caffeine free.
Brew with freshly drawn boiled water that has been allowed to cool for 2 minutes for 3-5 minutes.
Tastes cool and pungent cup of tea bursting with minty flavour.

I tried this peppermint tea as it was great value and I’ve enjoyed the Sleepy Leaf teas before. I’m not a big fan of peppermint tea in general but as I have been suffering from an upset stomach for a few days I thought I would give it another try. I have to say I was surprised I quite liked this peppermint, a found it calmed my stomach down and tasted pretty good – certainly the best I have tasted.
