So I decided to stop being lazy and add this tea to the steepster database.
This is from my local local tea house that I have been to a few times in Tarrytown NY.
This is my first Organic Assam that I have.
The flavor is rich and bold, nice for breakfast.
It reminds me of a full flavored tea, such as an Irish Breakfast.
Nice hot or iced.
This tea is very similar to East Frisian by Harney & Sons

Sooo glad you added your local tea shop and a picture!!! I’m a big fan of people finding their spot for live tea tasting and also getting to know servers. This helps them be more knowledgeable and helps us learn too. I’ve learned a lot from my local ‘guys’ .
