From Shanti Tea

The distinctive flavor and aroma of Earl Grey is derived from the addition of oil extracted from the fragrant Bergamot, a small acidic orange native to southern Vietnam. Not as strong as some EG’s I have had but it’s still satisfying! The bergamot is lovely. It doesn’t seem to leave as harsh as an aftertaste either. There is a hint of smoke towards the end of the sip that seems to fade away rather quickly. But I do like this just fine.
