Cinnamon, Haiwan: astringent with root beer taste. Haiwan TF’s teamaster Mr. Zou is part of the Menghai TF lineage. The Haiwan Cinnamon adds another tea master to the PJ Collection. Storage is next to flawless being warm, moist, pressing is airy enough to allow for ideal transformation. Only two on hand.
