We’re guessing that the Earl was full of environmental integrity, so we will be the same. This organic Earl Grey infuses good planting with a hint of bergamot to create an eco-friendly cup of tea that would have warmed the Earl’s heart. Tasty with or without sugar.

Pretty good, but not strong enough. Will steep longer next time.

Steeped 5 minutes at 212°F. Prepared in Adagio IngenuiTEA teapot.

Hey Cofftea, thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I’m not hardcore enough to have a tea-weighing scale yet, but I’ll try adding more than my standard rounded teaspoon :)
