Découvrez cette composition développée par notre sommelière, un mix de maté et de thé vert Détox aux fruits. Un association pour stimuler vos organes internes et pour mieux éliminer. Un assemblage gourmand à consommer sans modération chaud comme glacé.

Cette recette audacieuse et gourmande a été présentée au concours de l’Agence pour la valorisation des Produits Agricoles (AVPA) en 2021. Ce dernier vise à faire reconnaitre que les thés et les tisanes possèdent une réelle valeur gastronomique bien au-delà de la consommation habituelle des produits en sachets. Le jury, présidé par Carine Baudry, experte en analyse sensorielle et fondatrice de la Quintessence, a décerné ce prix à notre Positive Teatox dans la catégorie “Infusions, mélange et thés parfumés” en 2021.

Origines Advent Calendar- Day8
Positive Teatox is a blend of yerba mate and green tea – and then I would instinctively say “boring” ;-) – with added citrus and tropical fruit (flavourings). These peach and mango flavourings stand out in nose, while the brew tastes like an unsweetened icetea, a home made one!
