Green tea from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Prefecture. Spring harvest 2021.
In appearance: large, curved, brown-green flagella of twisted tea tips. The aroma is restrained, herbaceous with a smoky hint. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.
The bouquet of brewed tea is fresh, spicy-herbaceous with a smoky hint. The aroma is tender, herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and silky, sweetish, juicy-tart, with spicy nuances and lingering minty finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (80-90°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10-15 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 3-5 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 7-8 times.
