This is another tea bought from the Coffee and Tea Festival NYC the other day. It is quite good. It has a mild peach flavor and a sweet aftertaste. So far all of her teas have been good. I have one of hers I have yet to try. There is little in the way of bitterness or astringency to this tea.

I brewed this one time in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf and 190 degree water for 3 min.
