From Lupicia

A fragrant scent

A fancy word that means “this world is trivial.” A fragrant deep-steamed sencha that you can take a break and relax.

I like simple and fragrant tea! It is definitely recommended for those who say.
By roasting tea, many new aromas that we did not have before are created.
Burning work is to adjust the strength and balance of the scent.
We repeated the trial production and finished it so that you can feel the sweet fragrance reminiscent of caramel.
Since it is a deep-steamed tea, it has a rich flavor, but it has a fragrant and refreshing aftertaste by leaving a lot of stems that are often removed from the balance of appearance.
Ideal for tea after meals or when you want to refresh.

Sipdown! (58 | 188)

The description for this one is a bit confusing, but it seems to be both deep-steamed and roasted? The steeped color also supports the roasted hypothesis, ha ha! There are also some stems included.

It came out a little bit bitter this time around, but I’ll just ignore that as I know it wasn’t that way previously. Probably just a dust-at-the-bottom-of-the-bag situation.

This is honestly really good. I like the combination of the vegetal richness and nori-like umami of the fukamushi sencha with the light toasty notes and pleasant nuttiness from the roasting. An unusual combination!

It’s definitely very satisfying and yet comforting. I can imagine this being great with food too!
