Dietary additive “in case of strep throat”. It is recommended to be used in case of seasonal catarrhal inflamatory processes in epipharynx.
Directions for use: to draw one bag for 10-15 minutes in a cup of boiling water (100-150mL). Adults should take one cup 2-3 times a day for 1.5-2 months. When needed, the course can be repeated 2-3 times a year.
Contraindication: pregnant women and breastfeeding women, with the individual susceptability to the phytotea ingredients.

How is it medicinally?
Having a difficult time telling. I mean, my throat felt better after drinking it, and the ingredient list is impressive. This was one of a few medicinals at a new Ukrainian/Russian deli -type place near Metrotown.
I wish licorice weren’t such a good throat soother—can’t stand the stuff!
Marshmallow, I found, works well too. Or Elixo, although really my go-to is Clari Tea (Whispering Pines). Neither have licorice or anise in them.
