This year we went to a new part (for us) of Zhejiang Province in China. Zhejiang is known for its green teas, but in Xianju (pronouncedshe ann jew) we also found a very nice and complex black tea. The aromas were lovely and a nice mixture of 3 parts (at least 3): honey, floral, and cocoa. We enjoyed the dark honey flavors that we found in that black tea.
