From Happy Earth Tea

Our full flavored Yunnan Gold tea is made from leaves of “ancient tea trees” of Jingmai Manjing mountains in southern Yunnan. These trees are reputed to be hundreds of years old. Sweet with notes of raw honey, wood, pepper and malt, this is a satisfying tea for those looking for a full-bodied black tea.

The tea may be resteeped several times.

STEEPING TIPS

1 tbsp for 8-12 oz cup 212°F 3 mins (first infusion) 4 min (second infusion)
