With its spicy fragrance, its mellow pear & zingy ginger flavor, this blend is a real chill-chaser! Flavored black tea. Contains caffeine.

I really like this tea. I would definitely agree that it should be consumed alone, and without food.

This tea is perfect for autumn/winter. I have to say, I adore this tea. All the different flavors come together beautifully. I prefer to drink this solo and not with food because the ginger can be really overpowering.

Aaaaaaagh it smells so good!

Which is why it’s such a disappointment. It’s a glass of hot water that smells really good. =( It smells like honey and ginger and tastes very vaguely of honey (which I guess is the pear). I had such high hopes. While I prefer intense flavours, I don’t mind subtle ones; but, yeesh, there ought to be something!

Etsy Tea Advent Calendar Day 19:

I enjoy Pear teas. Cranberry Pear from Davids is a fave. This one does not come close to that one. But it is not bad. The flavor is very mild. I don’t get the pear, and the ginger is only a hint. But the tea is warm and not bitter or astringent. No weird lingering after taste. I finished the cup with no trouble. So this is one of the teas that I would not order, but would have no trouble drinking again. That’s kind of damning it with faint praise. But honestly, it is better than most of the teas I’ve had this month.

Like most Eastern Shore Tea its not a strong tea, lighter in taste. Can definitely smell the ginger and the pear. They work well together and its a comforting tea. I drink it alone, without sugar or cream. I can easily drink this all day at work.

I have to try this one again.
Despite it being my choice for the tea party we had last week, I can’t say I really got much from this.
