Even after the third or fourth steeping, this tea is still rich and creamy with buttery notes of roasted nuts, a nice amber paling slightly with each brew, the roast reminds me of huojicha but this oolong is much soother than that green tea.
The leaves i received in my container were rolled lengthwise and for the most part whole and unbroken, though they did not fully unfurl until my third or fourth steeping. Very Good quality if you are looking for a medium to high oxidized, dark roasted oolong.

I can’t recall that it was seadyke subbrand but now that getting pictures from Google one of Malaysian sites is listing it as such.

I did come across other Oolongs in similar packaging but different colour but it wasn’t the same. This was the first tea I picked at local Asian depot and I was surprised to come across something mentioned in lyrics

I was proud to support local economy. We are talking back in 2014. I said no online, that is cheating. I didn’t even have ebay account then and I passed their office on my daily commute. But the guy ran out of it. And that opened floodgates of what dragonteahouse could offer. If I think back, it was fairly decent roast. I still see these jars in my parents house as a reminder of what would be the end of alcohol binge era.
