Another tea that I drank following a social media shoot this week!
Specifcally, what we were making was a Ruby Grapefruit based paloma using fresh lime juice, tequila, tonic water, agave and of course this tea. We steeped up a slightly stronger than usual version of the tea and left it to partially freeze until it was about slushie consistency and then added in all of our other ingredients.
Honestly, fucking incredible. The tea itself was inspired in part by palomas, so having the full circle moment of turning it into one was very satisfying and it honestly just tasted so bright and juicy and helllaaaa refreshing. Went great with the tequila. If tequila was something I kept on hand I would absolutely be making this drink on repeat this summer. Wow.

Friendly reminder that I do not numerically rate DAVIDsTEA blends as I’m currently employed there and it would be an obvious conflict of interest. Any blends you see with numerical ratings were rated prior to my employment there. These reviews are a reflection of my personal thoughts and feelings regarding the teas, and not the company’s.
