This is a fairly tasty ripe puerh with a fair amount of fermentation flavor. It is nice a sweet. With only a little bitterness, not much. I only western brewed this this morning as I am off to work shortly. No time for gongfu.
I brewed this once in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf and boiling water for 30 seconds after a 10 second rinse.
