This tea comes from the world renowned Castleton Tea Garden. A First Flush Darjeeling, the leaves are honey-sweet with delicate floral and fruity aromas. When infused, the smooth golden liquor yields a sweetness that lingers on the palate, which why it is sometimes called ‘Sweet Darjeeling’.

Quick Brewing Instructions 2 tsp per cup (200ml); water temperature 90°C (194°F). Infuse 2-3 mins and reinfuse the same leaves 2-3 times.
