Tea #24 from Considering a new TTB
Now this is my type of dessert tea! I love amaretto and white chocolate and to have them both together with a green base, well all I can say is yum. The amaretto and white chocolate can both be tasted separately and obscure the flavor the the green base, but they pair very well together. I did decide that this tea is best hot, the flavor is still delicious once the tea has cooled, but the white chocolate gets lumpy and floats to the top leaving an unattractive, somewhat hard layer floating on the surface. I’ll just have to close my eyes and finish off the cup, this tea is too tasty to let it go to waste just because I was distracted this morning.
