At this point there is no way a year can go by without letting the White Crow fly again. Consistently one of our favourite white teas year after year, this slightly tippier shoumei grade white tea uses Lincang material that is usually used for the production of raw puer.
The result is a pleasantly fruity, long lasting and rich textured white tea that punches well above its weight. There is a signature floral fragrance accompanied by a pleasant honey-sweetness.
As with any tea made from Yunnan big leaf material, this tea can withstand multiple infusions without losing flavour. We recommend boiling this tea after several infusions or towards the end of the brewing session to extract the maximum enjoyment.
