Who is this man of toast and what does he want from us? It doesn’t really matter. Stop asking stupid questions! Instead, ask; do you like your breakfast frenched, powdered, hot or cold? Whichever it is; this maple bacon drenched, spiced-vanilla blend is perfect. Plus, like our hero always says; it’s toasterific!

I think I had this cup about a week ago, and it was really good but I didn’t take any notes when I had it so I’m struggling to describe it. I just remember three main flavours sticking out to me: maple, red fruit, and smoke – in that order. The maple and smoke were expected, the red fruit was not, though it was still welcome to the flavour party.

Wow. This sounds intriguing. Thanks for this review! Also noticed from the Dove page that it’s part Lapsang Souchong raises an eyebrow. I tend to not like rooibos teas but I’m wondering if the combination with black tea might do the trick. David’s Teas has(d) a maple french toast tea I tried a while back and it was a bit stronger on the maple than I’d like, I enjoyed it.
Will definitely add this to my wishlist.
