I haven’t loved this matcha in the past, but it seems like the perfect spooky choice for Halloween so I made it this morning in a Halloween nordic. It basically tasted like fiery, ginger heavy Redbull – not in a bad way, but a weird one. I learned some lessons from my last time making it, and this time around I really diluted it but it was still pretty intense.
I do feel like it gave me a much needed boost for the morning, though!
