The tea is grown in Yunnan Province which is famous as “the homeland of teas” and procuding many good teas. The black tea is one of China’s classical black teas. The tea is a Superfine grade example of this unusual black tea. This tea is rich in antioxidant and high caffeine.
The name of the tea refers to the dry tea appearance like golden sanil. The tea was made of tea leaf tips and hand-rolled into spirals that look like golden tiny snails.

I drank the last of this at work today. It’s a really nice Yunnan Golden Snail style tea, but it’s not my favorite. This isn’t as chocolatey as I would like. It’s good, decent quality, Berrylleb is a great ebay seller and I’ve liked all the teas I got from them – but this is just more malty, maybe a little sweet potato – but not chocolate enough. Really Good – just not Fantastic for me. :))

A little hint of astringency but that just adds to the tea rather than detracting from it. I think i refer the han xian one just a bit more though…as it’s tastes call out to me a little more! stlll a tasty cup though.
Wow, you got your cupboard down really fast. Mine seems to keep expanding lately. I get some down only to be replaced again with new ones.
