I made a very, very large mug of this for myself last Thursday when I was on the tail end of the stomach bug I was going through. I thought it would be a really nice tea to sip on in a large quantity because it’s a little bit on the mellower side with some different herbs that are all nice on an upset tummy – thyme and a bit of fennel as well, namely. Pleasantly savory but with a gentle sweetness from that fennel. It was pretty perfect in the end, and I made it through my gargantuan mug of it with no issues!
