From Anteaques

Soft, semi-fermented oolong tea leaves are intermingled with orange blossoms to make this incredibly fragrant tea. The satisfying flavour of oolong is given a heightened, orangey, tone and the tea has an aroma of fresh orange flowers.
Oolong is a traditional Chinese tea part way between green and black tea. It has a sweet after-taste that complements the orange blossoms perfectly.

Tea Region: Taiwan
Harvest: Late Summer
Ingredients: Oolong tea, orange blossoms, orange oil

I’m on my second pot of this tea today. What I love about this tea is that it is very hard to over brew it. You can be completely distracted and come back after ten minutes of steeping (my book is very interesting) and this oolong isn’t bitter.

Wish I still had some of the orange blossom oolong left. I’m drinking a really bad Ceylon at the moment.

Orange blossom oolong is one of my favourite teas. What I particularly enjoy in this blend is that I can taste the oolong! Its got a nice nutty taste to it that is complimented by the orange blossom petals floating in the tea pot.
