This is my third tasting for this tea cake.

Smell: Forest-like, a hint of burnt honey and tobacco.

1 Rinse, 1st brew: 2 min. 15 sec. : A bright earthy sweet and smooth tea. The aftertaste is pleasant — hint of honey. The flavour of this liquor is a little bit reminiscent of green tea.

Second brew : 3 min. 45 sec. : Smokey and bitter with a little bit of sweetness — odd combination. I may have over steeped the second brew. The bitterness going away while I’m drinking the tea. Now the smokiness is increasing as the tea cool.

WATER USED: Selection 100% Natural Spring Water

Flavors: Bitter, Earth, Honey, Smoke, Smooth, Sweet

Preparation
205 °F / 96 °C 2 min, 15 sec 2 tsp 8 OZ / 250 ML
