A mix of Gunpowder, Wild Strawberry, and Spearmint (All from Adagio): cold-brewed overnight.
The result? A light pinkish-gold brew that’s quite possibly the most refreshing drink I’ve ever had! (I find spearmint preferable to peppermint for cold-brewing.)
It tastes pretty much just like you’d expect – a Moroccan Mint tea with a little burst of sweet fruit flavor. It has a delicious, thirst-quenching zing to it. Paired it with fresh strawberries for an early afternoon treat. Will definitely be mixing more of this through the spring and summer!
