Okay, I chose this tea today afternoon just because flavour profile I have been expecting from this, not by the outer wrapping which makes me rather uncomfortable for some reason. Also, I have abslolutely no idea what this fandom blend is from, so at least I am not biased.
Grapefruit flavoured oolong with lemongrass sounded good in theory, but sadly, it falls flat. There isn’t much of that grapefruit in this, lemongrass dominated the flavour even over the oolong itself. Green rooibos sounds a bit extra to me, adding lots of small particles in my cup as I have used the strainer and not fillable bag.
The other fruits I haven’t noticed at all. It was like a oolong with lemongrass, while Sonnentor Fresh Lady Green (being green tea instead of oolong and just with lemongrass) was much tastier than this.
I need to seach for nice and flavourful grapefruit tea.
