I spent an hour or so yesterday measuring out teas for a Valentine’s Day project for my coworkers for tomorrow – and this is one of the teas I measured out for someone. In doing so, I just found I was really craving it myself so I made a cup at the same time.
Definitely very raspberry leaning, and a little less bright & sweet than the last time that I drank it – it is older though, so that’s understandable. Despite those changes in flavour, it’s still a REALLY lovely cup of tea and I really enjoyed the sweet but natural fruit notes and general smoothness as well as the lightly herbaceous undertone from the raspberry leaf in the blend.
