The first thing I noticed was its intense aroma; it was therapeutic. I spent about half a minute indulging myself in the scent alone. The taste itself compared to the scent was relatively mild; I was expecting a whirlwind of flavour! Instead, it was a pleasant taste of licorice with a hint of vanilla deeply buried in there.

The taste itself is not bad, however in my opinion the captivating fragrance is what defines this tea.
