Bio

I’ve often wondered why we know so little about the world’s most popular beverage! After being in the coffee industry for 4 years, I decided to concentrate a little more on the tea side of the cafe business. What I found was something remarkable. Tea fascinates me!

Since discovering my new love, I have received my level 1 tea sommelier certification, and will be completing the accredited program at VCC in spring 2011.

The history, culture and different tastes of coffee will never cease to amaze me!
