The description sounds divine, the scent was amazing. This was actually the tea that I wanted to try so badly that I bought the Advent Calendar. It was a huge letdown for me – it was weak and not at all chocolate-y and doesn’t hold a light next to my much loved TWG Chocolate Earl Grey.
To be fair though, it wasn’t “offensive” like DT’s English Toffee. It was just…pu’erh that smelled like hot chocolate. So glad I didn’t order 50g!
