So, an update to the past tasting note I made for this. I have now cold brewed this tea. I can’t remember if I added a little agave nectar or not, but it turned out alright.
The sweet strawberry flavor came through, but still no cream flavor. I do not taste a true cream flavor. To me the “cream flavor” is super mellow and almost sour. A creamy sour… Like sour cream tannin…
