Not sure why this place won’t carry a plant-based milk option. Been asking for many years.

There a a few locations for this place in the city but this one is rather small even with the upstairs level. It’s usually busy and is where I discovered real loose leaf tea almost 20 years ago. It’s off the metro so easy to get to. The selection isn’t huge but a good start for the new tea drinker used to dusty bags of Lipton. I like to return for the funky feel of the place and the snacks and bento boxes are pretty good and the Chai is very nice. If you are in the DC area be sure to check them out.
