Bird Pick Tea and Herbs Edit

I worked here for quite a while, and I’ll always have Bird Pick to thank for introducing me into the world of loose-leaf tea! It’s quite the tea oasis in the midst of the mall, and everyone who works here is very sweet and knowledgeable. They have unique drinks you can order hot or cold at the bar, a nice selection of white, green, oolong, black and pu-erh loose-leaf teas, and an assortment of tea wares. In addition to the drinks on the menu, any of the loose leaf teas on display can be brewed to enjoy as a single cup or a pot to share.

It’s always better to go when it’s a bit slower (closer to opening, weekdays, if possible) if you want to ask any of the employees questions about any of the teas. Everyone there is happy to talk about their favorite tea/herb, and you can leave with some good teas and also a pretty good introduction to traditional Chinese/herbal medicine!
