This is a very elegant tea shop. The Bergamot Oolong is to die for. Get it unsweetened with milk. The lemony sharpness of the bergamot is expertly blended with the floral aftertastes of the oolong. Each sip is a delightfully complex odyssey!
Place was bright, clean, friendly, and busy like crazy. Most people were taking advantage of the delicious looking Boba teas, a definite try the next time I visit.
Ordered a Gaiwan of Bai Hao, sat at the tea bar, and watched all the people coming and going. A very college type tea shop . . . laptops and such at nearly every table.
Bai Hao arrived, and young man offered advice on preparation. His recommendations regarding steeping, were accurate and nice.
Dry aroma a little lite, but once steeped, the full bodied aroma and flavour was very much present. The leaves awakened nicely, and whole. Flavour and aroma held throughout 8 steepings.
