This lovely shop is the best in Western New York! The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable, not to mention generous with samples and demo’s. Their selection is vast and covers just about every tea category, whether you’re looking for a tasty Rooibos or an ancient Oolong. In addition to their loose leaf selection they also stock many different tinned teas and tea accessories, along with unique honeys and custom sugar blends. I highly recommend stopping by!

TeaLeafs is AMAZING! I highly recommend a stop! The staff is knowledgeable and you can tell they really care about the tea. They always have at least two samples brewed for you to taste while browsing. They have a huge selection with a smelling wall. Multiple sugars are available for purchase, and they will allow you to taste if you ask. They have a large selection of kettles, mugs, and infusers ranging from whimsical to serious. Whether you are new or experienced with loose tea, give this store a shot, they love talking tea, and no matter what the question they always give an enthusiastic and encouraging response. Awesome local business!

It’s a great place with knowledgeable staff. They have an excellent variety of tea and if they don’t have the tea variety you want, they can offer to look for a way to provide it to you. Very pleased.

It wasn’t until recently that i discovered TeaLeafs, not 10 minutes from my house!

When you walk into the shop, the place is very organized and neat, with over 120 loose-leaf teas, all available to smell on the sniffer bar. The walls are lined with long shelves covered in teaware and accessories, from the most modern tea press to your traditional japanese cast iron, to plain porcelain in assorted colors, all priced very reasonably!

Every one of the teas is unique, and the staff is very knowledgeable and you can tell they care very deeply about their tea.
If you’re in town, do not forget to stop by TeaLeafs!

I love TeaLeafs! Just walking in the door you know you’re someplace where tea is loved and treated right. There are dozens upon dozens of loose teas to explore, a modest selection of bagged teas from premium providers, and a full selection of hand-picked teaware.

The people at TeaLeafs know their stuff; they are tea experts and are able to help you navigate the many teas they have available. And every day they make two teas available for tasting, with a schedule available on their website, so you can stop by if you see something you think you might like!

If you’re in Buffalo, make the time to visit TeaLeafs. You’ll be glad you did.
