This was the very first David’s tea I was actually able to visit in person, and it was wonderful! The staff were great, friendly and helpful yet not in your face trying to up-sell like some places I’ve been. The store while small was not cramped and was very clean and organized.

Great store concept and helpful staff. So busy most of the time, though, that it’s a bit stressful to purchase anything. It’s a good thing you can buy small amounts of tea to test at home!

It’s great to have a tea place that is easy to get to by bus. It’s in Polo Park shopping center. Well it is a bit small, it’s no different than going to some of the coffee shops in the mall. There is also a David’s Tea in Grant Park mall as well. The people are very nice and give excellent customer service.

I would easily give any Davids Tea a 5 star rating, however I found this location quite small and very busy, which made the buying experience too stressful! A larger store would be more ideal
