I’ll admit to Teavana’s being expensive, because I work there :)
However, the tea is quality, fresh, stored well, and is delicious.
I say this as a tea drinker who knows her stuff and was weaned on tea.
Aside from our 99+ quality teas, we also have a great selection of brewing tools, storage options honeys, and gorgeous, authentic Japanese Tetsubin. As a bonus, many of our teas are EU standard organic and all are preservative-free.
…And I’m sorry for the level of the music, Rabbit. Those of us who work there hate it, but our DM insists. We turn it down so we can converse with customers at a normal volume during weekdays:) However, I do have a bone to pick with you regarding our Ti Kuan Yin… it does give the name in addition to Monkey Picked Oolong in our tea menu, and there is absolutely no way that you paid $7 a cup for it. Our top price for tea-by-the-cup is $4.99 + tax for a rare tea. Even with two add-on teas, it would not cost you that much! Let’s be honest about that!
