Shakespeare's Afternoon Tea Edit

One of the best tea rooms in San Diego. British-owned, which helps! Superb clotted cream, well-thought out seasonal menus, and fun events.

The food here is some of the best I’ve had – delicious and authentically British. They also have a nice selection of teas. The only downside is no spontaneous visits – that you have to call in for reservations at least 24 hours in advance, and the last three times I’ve called, they’ve been full.
