I’m fairly new to tea and even if I wasn’t I wouldn’t be able to describe it the way most people do here. I’m mostly keeping notes for myself-so I can go back and buy more of what I liked. I try to keep things simple and objective, and I try not to read too much about a oarticular tea before I try it.
